An episode in which I get pretty real about what it’s like to be hospitalized, and how it doesn’t have to be the worst thing ever. The worst thing ever for me would have been not going, not getting help, and ending up somewhere I didn’t want to be.

Thank you Leanne. I have been hospitalized once also. It is scary but it certainly helped. This was many, many years ago and I imagine things have improved since then. This was very powerful and brought me back along way and made me realize how far I have come.
